How do I place an order?

No, Currently we are focusing only United Kingdom

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and Tracking Link.

Return & Refund

What is your return timeframe?

We accept returns within 30 days.

When will I get my refund?

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

Who will bear the return shipping cost?

You have to provide the return shipping cost until our product arrives damaged, defective, or faulty

What is your restocking fee?

We don't charge any restocking fee on our products.

What should I do if my product is damaged?

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately. If the damage is noticed after delivery, please email us within 24 hours at support@winimpexmoto.com with photos of the damaged item Your order number, and a brief description of the issue. We will cover the return shipping cost. A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.

Exchange and Cancellation

What is your exchange policy?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Can I cancel my order?

After making a purchase, the customer has 24 hours to request cancellation - we will be happy to process the full refund.

After 24 hours, your order has been put into production and can no longer be changed, except for your shipping address. We can still correct/change your shipping address before we ship it.
